DeepSick? You were probably looking for DeepSeek
DeepSick is an independent guide, not DeepSeek. Many people land here after a typo, so here are the official DeepSeek links, quick fixes when it is not working, and free alternatives.

DeepSeek not working right now?
Most problems come from an overloaded server or a sign-in issue. Try these steps in order:
- Open status.deepseek.com. If a service is marked as degraded, the problem is on DeepSeek’s side and the only fix is to wait.
- If you see “The server is busy. Please try again later”, wait a minute and send your message again. Long conversations fail more often, so a new chat can help.
- Reload the page or restart the app, then sign out and back in.
- If your verification code never arrives, check your spam folder and make sure you typed the right email address.

Is DeepSeek free?
Yes for the chat. DeepSeek describes its official app as a way to “chat with leading AI models for free”, and the web chat works the same way. You only pay if you use the API as a developer: it works with prepaid credit, billed per million tokens. Details and current prices: Is DeepSeek free? Limits and API prices.
